Contract Renewal: Based on performance and district needs
Daily Responsibilities:
-
Conduct diagnostic evaluations, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate in IEP meetings with parents and multidisciplinary teams.

Track and report student progress toward established goals during each reporting period.

Develop and implement data collection systems for functional behavior assessments and positive behavior support plans.
-
Collect, analyze, and graph data to effectively monitor student progress.

Participate in and contribute to PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) processes and related professional development sessions.
State Requirements:
-
Masters Degree in Social Work from a program approved by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE).

Minimum of 500 hours of supervised practicum in social work.

Must hold Temporary Approval, Continuing Temporary Approval, or Full Approval through the MDE Office of Special Education.
